When something needs to come back.
Hygiene and Canadian regulations limit what can be returned in this category. Here’s exactly how it works.
Final sale: opened or used products.
Once a vaping product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This applies to disposables, e-liquids, pre-filled pods, and any device that has been activated. The reason is twofold: hygiene (these are oral-contact products) and regulatory (resale of opened nicotine products is restricted).
This applies regardless of flavour preference or whether you simply changed your mind.
14-day return window: unopened, unused products.
If a product is still in its original sealed packaging, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Original packaging must be intact and unopened.
- The product must be in resaleable condition.
- Original receipt or order number is required.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Defective products.
If a device or product arrives defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send a clear description of the issue and, where useful, a short video or photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund based on the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Defects covered: device that won’t charge, won’t fire, leaks from the factory seal, or arrives damaged. Defects not covered: user damage, normal coil wear, battery degradation outside warranty period.
Refund timing.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned product being received and inspected at our shop. Refunds for credit card payments may take an additional 1–3 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
How to start a return.
Contact us via the contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll send return instructions and a return address. Don’t ship anything back without contacting us first — unannounced packages can’t be processed.
