The rules for using this site and buying from Crown Vape. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility — you must be 19 or older.
Crown Vape sells nicotine vaping products. By using this site, registering an account, or placing an order, you represent that you are at least 19 years old and legally permitted to purchase vaping products in your province. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who fails age verification at any stage (site entry, account creation, or delivery).
2. Accounts.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, are used for resale, or are used to circumvent age restrictions.
3. Acceptable use.
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: purchasing on behalf of someone under 19; reselling products outside permitted retail channels; reverse-engineering or scraping the site; submitting false information; or interfering with the site’s operation.
4. Order acceptance, pricing, and inventory.
Orders are subject to acceptance by Crown Vape. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if pricing is incorrect (e.g., visible typo), or if we cannot verify the customer’s age. In the case of a cancelled order, any payment already taken will be refunded in full.
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD), exclusive of applicable taxes (HST). Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
5. Payment.
Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment gateway. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified payment method for the order total.
6. Shipping and delivery.
All shipping is subject to the terms set out on the Shipping & Delivery page, including the mandatory Canada Post 19+ Proof-of-Age signature requirement.
7. Returns and refunds.
Returns and refunds are governed by the Returns & Refund Policy. Opened or used vaping products are final sale.
8. Intellectual property.
The site content, including text, images, brand assets, and code, is owned by Crown Vape or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, redistribute, or use site content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Brand names, logos, and product images of third-party brands belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification and resale purposes only.
9. Limitation of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crown Vape’s liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profits or data.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Ontario or Canadian law.
10. Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify and hold Crown Vape harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the site or products.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
12. Changes to these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
