Ordering & payment

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Interac, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed through PCI-compliant payment infrastructure.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Card data is encrypted and processed by our payment gateway. We never see or store full card numbers. The site runs on HTTPS with industry-standard TLS encryption.

Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, contact us immediately and we’ll modify or cancel it. Once dispatched, the order is in transit and can’t be intercepted.

Do I need an account to order?

No, guest checkout is available.

Delivery

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver all across Ontario. If your order is placed before 3 PM, it will be dispatched on the same day.

How long does shipping take?

Same-day in the GTA same-day zones (orders placed before 3 PM). 1 to 3 business days elsewhere in Ontario.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with the carrier and tracking number. You can also see tracking in your account under Orders.

What if I miss the delivery?

Canada Post will leave a delivery notice and hold the package at the local depot for up to 15 days. Bring the notice and valid 19+ ID to pick it up.

Why is signature required?

Federal regulation. All vaping product shipments in Canada require Proof-of-Age (19+) signature on delivery. There’s no opt-out.

Age verification

Why do I have to verify my age to use the site?

Canadian and Ontario law require age-restricted retailers to verify that visitors are 19 or older before accessing nicotine product information. The site-entry age gate is part of that compliance.

How does delivery age verification work?

The Canada Post driver will ask the recipient for valid government-issued photo ID. The recipient must be 19 or older. The driver doesn’t leave the package without that ID check.

What ID is accepted?

Any current government-issued photo ID showing date of birth: provincial driver’s licence, provincial ID card, Canadian passport, Canadian permanent resident card, Indian Status card, Canadian Armed Forces ID, citizenship card.

Products

Are your products authentic?

Yes. Every product comes from authorized Canadian distribution. We don’t carry parallel imports, grey-market stock, or anything sourced outside the legitimate Canadian supply chain.

Are your products legal in Canada?

Yes. The catalog is curated against current Canadian Tobacco and Vaping Products Act regulations. Products that are illegal to sell are not in the store.

What does the nicotine strength mean?

Nicotine strength is shown in mg per mL (e.g., 20 mg/mL). Canadian regulations cap nicotine concentration in vaping products at 20 mg/mL. Higher numbers in the past are no longer compliant for retail sale.

How do I choose the right product?

The product page lists puff count, flavour family, nicotine strength, and device compatibility (for pods). If you’re unsure, walk into the shop and ask. The staff knows the catalog and can match you to something appropriate.

Returns

Can I return an opened product?

No. Opened or used vaping products are final sale, both for hygiene reasons (oral contact) and Canadian regulatory restrictions on resale of opened nicotine products. Unopened products in original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days. Full policy on the Returns page.

What if my product is defective?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description of the issue (a video or photo helps). We’ll arrange a replacement or refund based on the manufacturer warranty.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days of the returned product being received. Credit card refunds may take an additional 1 to 3 business days to appear on your statement.
