2. Description of goods.
Crown Vape sells nicotine vaping products to adult customers (19+) in Canada. Categories include: disposable vapes, e-liquids, pre-filled pods, and refillable vape devices. Detailed product descriptions, including puff count, nicotine strength, flavour, and other specifications, are shown on each individual product page.
3. Itemized list of prices.
Each product’s regular price is shown on its product page in Canadian dollars (CAD). The full price of every item in your cart, line-by-line, is shown on the cart and checkout pages before you confirm the order.
4. Additional charges.
- Sales tax. 13% Ontario HST is applied to all orders shipped to Ontario addresses. Other provincial sales taxes apply for shipments to other provinces.
- Shipping. Shipping rates are calculated by destination postal code at checkout. Same-day GTA delivery and Canada Post shipping rates are itemized separately.
- No other fees. There are no hidden handling, processing, or surcharge fees.
All applicable charges are itemized at checkout before payment is taken.
5. Total amount payable.
The total amount you will be charged — including product subtotal, shipping, and applicable taxes — is shown on the checkout page before you submit your order. You are not charged any amount different from this total.
6. Terms, conditions, and method of payment.
Payment is required at the time of order. Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Payments are processed through a PCI-compliant payment gateway.
Crown Vape never sees or stores full credit card numbers. All transactions are encrypted in transit (HTTPS / TLS).
7. Date or period of delivery and method.
Orders placed on a business day before the daily cutoff time are dispatched the same day. Delivery times depend on shipping method and destination:
- Same-day GTA delivery: same business day, in Richmond Hill, Markham, Vaughan, North York, and Toronto north (orders before cutoff).
- Ontario standard: 1–3 business days after dispatch via Canada Post.
- Rest of Canada: 3–7 business days after dispatch via Canada Post.
All deliveries require Canada Post Proof-of-Age (19+) signature. The recipient must be 19 or older and must show valid government-issued photo ID at the door.
8. Cancellation, return, exchange, and refund rights.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the Returns & Refund Policy. In summary:
- Opened or used products: final sale, no returns (hygiene and Canadian regulatory restrictions).
- Unopened products: 14-day return window in original sealed packaging.
- Defective products: contact us within 7 days of delivery for replacement or refund.
- Refund timing: 5–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
9. Other restrictions and conditions.
- Crown Vape ships only within Canada. International orders are not accepted.
- Customers must be 19 or older. Orders that fail age verification at delivery are returned to us; refunds may exclude original shipping costs.
- Bulk or commercial-quantity orders may be subject to additional review and may be refused at our discretion.
10. Your right to cancel under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act.
Under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel an internet agreement within seven days of receiving the written copy of the agreement, if the supplier has not provided you with the disclosures required by section 38 of the Act before the agreement is entered into.
You may also cancel an internet agreement within 30 days of entering into it, if the supplier does not provide a written copy of the agreement within 15 days of the agreement being entered into.
To exercise this right, send written notice to the supplier at the address or email listed in section 1 above, stating your name, the order number, and that you are cancelling the agreement under the Ontario CPA. We will process the cancellation and any refund within the timelines required by the Act.
